Managing Personalities

Any time you have people working together, conflicts are bound to occur. These can be creative, technical, administrative, etc. But sometimes it's just a conflict of personalities. That can certainly happen in bands and is a big reason many of them break up. (Unlike Brainium, of course.) How do these personality conflicts play out (pun intended) in local bands?
